Delightfully helpful and especially helpful staff at the receptionist, gave a few recommendations. I booked superior queen room with the shower and lovely views, for instance. Coffee/tea making facilities and glassware were a nice touch.

More appearance than substance, price/performance is far apart. Anyone who uses the lift feels as if they have been transported back 50 years. Everybody's trying and very friendly, but..........

The reception is very friendly, the advice and help with questions very obliging. The location 1A, right in the middle of it and yet very quiet. personal house.good equipment, pleasant bathrooms.for italy good breakfast. Will come back again and again .

Unfortunately, with friendliness and good location one cannot hide the fact that the infrastructure simply does not have a 5-star level. Small rooms (despite supposed upgrade!), lift between the floors, no real lobby, no bar, breakfast buffet in the passage. For sleeping and going out OK but not for "living".
